Yes. Every quilt is unique, made by hand, and listed by the person who made it, with their name and story attached.
Payment is handled by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card number.
The buyer pays UPS Ground, priced by the quilt's weight and the distance to you, shown before you pay. Some makers offer local pickup instead. See shipping and returns.
You have 14 days after delivery to request a refund if a quilt arrives materially different from its listing. Request it from your order page. Details are in shipping and returns.
Yes. Tap the heart on any quilt to add it to your wish list, then come back to compare.
Apply to become a maker, then start a listing: photos, the story, pricing, and shipping. See sell your quilts and the listing guide.
You keep 90 percent of every sale. One commission is taken only when a quilt sells. No listing fees, no monthly cost.
No. Our team reads every listing before it goes live and may lightly polish the copy. Nothing publishes automatically.
Set your ship-from address in your studio settings so buyers get an accurate UPS rate. When a quilt sells, you pack it, print the label, and mark it shipped, or arrange local pickup.
Your payout is the sale price minus the single commission, sent after delivery. You can follow it on your payouts page.
With your Google account. There is no separate password to manage.
From your dashboard, open Notifications to control non-essential emails. Order, shipping, and refund emails are always sent.
Yes. Use the sun and moon toggle in the header, or set Light, Dark, or System under Dashboard, then Settings.
Contact us and we will take care of it. Records tied to completed orders may be kept as required for tax and accounting.
